Welcome to District 303 Art of Hair (the “Salon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://district303artofhair.com (the “Site”) and the relationship between you, as a client or user, and the Salon regarding the provision of services.
By accessing or using the Site or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and No Show Policy.
All services, prices, and artistic recommendations are subject to change without notice. The final cost of services, especially color corrections or complex treatments, will be determined by the artist upon a thorough consultation at the time of the appointment.
You must provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment, whether through the Site’s contact form or an external third-party booking system linked from the Site.
Your appointments are subject to our No Show and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree that failure to provide adequate notice for cancellation or missing an appointment will result in fees as outlined in that policy.
By booking a color service or specific treatment, you acknowledge that all services require a consultation with the artist. The artist reserves the right to refuse service or recommend alternative options if they determine the requested service is not suitable for your hair health.
You are responsible for truthfully and completely disclosing all relevant information regarding your hair health, chemical processes (including at-home coloring), allergies, medical conditions, and sensitivities prior to the commencement of any service. Failure to disclose this information may affect the quality or safety of the service, and the Salon will not be held liable for resulting complications.
We maintain a professional and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client who displays disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients.
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Salon, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
By receiving a service, you acknowledge that the artists may take before-and-after photographs of your hair for their professional portfolio and marketing purposes (including posting on the Site or social media). If you do not wish to have your photos taken or published, you must inform your artist prior to the commencement of the service. We do not use your name or any identifying personal information alongside these photos unless expressly agreed upon by you.
The information presented on or through the Site is made available solely for general information purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information.
In no event will the Salon, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site or any services obtained through the Site. This includes direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to the Site or these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Longmont, Colorado.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
